Wildfire Emergency needs & Assessments surveys
The following surveys are to help us and our community partners better understand and address the pressing food-related challenges faced by our community and small businesses during this crisis. Your feedback is crucial to ensure that we can provide adequate support and advocacy for those in need.
Each survey will help us understand a different sector of our community. Each survey take 5-10 minute to complete. Small businesses and Restaurants should complete the "Restaurants and Small Businesses" Survey. Farmers, ranchers and other agricultural producers should take "Impacted Agricultural Producers" survey and anyone affected by the fires and in need of individual food assistance should fill out the "Individual and Families" survey, which has also been translated in to other languages.
Your input will aid us in developing targeted strategies and resources to ensure that no one on Maui goes hungry during this prolonged time of crisis and that we can help advocate for more support for our local restaurants, small businesses and agricultural producers.
