CGC offers multiple ways to volunteer. Whether it is helping us wash, weigh and sort fruit, working in the Haiku House Common Ground Community Garden to grow food for residents in need or working from the comfort of your home to help with administrative tasks or social media, we can always use an extra set of hands.
We wash fruit Tuesdays and Wednesdays at our office in Haiku from about 12pm to 2pm depending on when the harvest finish up and what was harvested.
Volunteer opportunities for the Haiku House Common Ground Community Garden are Thursdays from 9:00 am - 12:30 pm
If you are interested in helping with fruit washing and garden or with the Board of Directors, fundraising, grants, administrative work or social media, fill out the form at the link below and we can set up a time to discuss what option works best for you.
Volunteer at the University of Hawaii Culinary Center to help make meals for wildfire victims.
Thank you in advance for your time and consideration and we hope to see you soon!
